Description: Highest sample interval reading during the current alert interval. This value resets to zero at the start of each alert interval.
What is cienaCesPmAlertTcaHighWatermarkValue?
This resets to zero at the start of every alert interval, so an admin watching it climb in real time gets an early read on whether the current interval is trending toward tripping the alert boundary, well before the interval officially closes and the Alert TCA state gets finalized. For example, starting at 0 at interval open and climbing to 750000000 by mid-interval against an 800000000 boundary would warn the admin the interval is close to tripping.
