Description: Current number of consecutive overflow conditions that have occurred. A non-zero value indicates the PM instance is presently in an overflow condition which may result in an Adjustment TCA event when the count reaches the overflow count configured in the PM instance's interval profile.

What is cienaCesPmAdjustmentTcaOverflowCurrentCount?

This Unsigned32 is the current running count of consecutive sample intervals that have each registered an overflow condition, per its DESCRIPTION; a nonzero value means the instance is presently in an overflow condition, and reaching the configured OverflowCount will raise an Adjustment TCA. Watching this counter climb sample by sample is the earliest possible warning of an impending overflow-triggered TCA, since it directly shows the debounce counter filling up toward the configured OverflowCount threshold before the alert actually fires. For example, with OverflowCount configured at 5 and this current count already at 4, an operator knows exactly one more bad sample interval away from an Adjustment TCA firing, and a single good sample in between would reset this counter back to zero and avert it.
