For such Adjustment TCA, this object represents the value of cienaCesPmAdjustmentTcaUnderflowHighWatermarkValue at the time of the Adjustment TCA.

What is cienaCesPmAdjustmentTcaLastUnderflowTcaWatermarkValue?

This is the actual low reading that got compared against the underflow boundary during the last underflow event. It lets the admin see by exactly how much traffic undershot the expected floor. For example, a value of 50000000 against a 100 Mbps boundary is roughly half the minimum expected throughput.
