What is cienaCesPmAdjustmentTcaLastUnderflowTcaWatermarkTime?

This timestamp identifies precisely when the low-water sample that finally satisfied the underflow condition was recorded. The admin can cross-reference it against outage tickets or maintenance windows to confirm the cause of a corresponding recalibration. For example, '2026-06-18,03:01:40.0' would be about twenty seconds before the underflow counter actually tripped.
