Description: The threshold value that was used in the last Adjustment TCA which occurred on behalf of the PM instance due to end of Sample Interval incrementing the current underflow count to reach the configured underflow count associated with the interval profile associated with the PM instance. For such Adjustment TCA, this refers to the value of the configured underflow threshold as specified in the interval profile associated with the PM instance when the Adjustment TCA occurred.

What is cienaCesPmAdjustmentTcaLastUnderflowTcaThresholdValue?

This is the actual configured low-water trip point in effect during the last underflow event. Comparing it to the interval profile's current underflow threshold shows the admin whether someone has since made the alarm more or less sensitive to quiet circuits. For example, a value of 10 (percent) means traffic had to fall under 10% of basis to be counted as underflow at that time.
