Description: The underflow count that was used in the last Adjustment TCA which occurred on behalf of the PM instance due to end of Sample Interval incrementing the current underflow count to reach the configured underflow count associated with the interval profile associated with the PM instance. Since such Adjustment TCA happened when the current count reaches the configured underflow count, this object will effectively report the configured underflow count that was in use at the time the Adjustment TCA.
What is cienaCesPmAdjustmentTcaLastUnderflowTcaCount?
Because an underflow-triggered Adjustment TCA only fires once the running underflow tally reaches its configured trip count, this value effectively records how many consecutive below-threshold sample intervals were required before the system decided the low traffic was persistent enough to recalibrate, rather than a one-off dip. For example, a value of 3 would mean three consecutive under-threshold samples were needed before this Adjustment TCA fired.
