Description: The threshold boundary value which was reached or exceeded, causing the last Adjustment TCA which occurred on behalf of the PM instance due to end of Sample Interval incrementing the current underflow count to reach the configured underflow count associated with the interval profile associated with the PM instance. For such Adjustment TCA, this refers to the value of cienaCesPmAdjustmentTcaUnderflowBoundaryValue at the time of the Adjustment TCA.

What is cienaCesPmAdjustmentTcaLastUnderflowTcaBoundaryValue?

This is the actual computed floor line the sample dropped below during the last underflow event, derived from the basis and threshold. It gives the admin a single concrete number to compare current PM readings against to see how close the link is to tripping the underflow logic again. For example, a boundary of 100000000 (100 Mbps) on a Gigabit port means any sample under that counts toward underflow.
