Description: The time and date of the last (most recent) Adjustment TCA which occurred on behalf of the PM instance due to end of Sample Interval incrementing the current overflow count to reach the configured overflow count associated with the interval profile associated with the PM instance. An empty string is returned if no such Adjustment TCA has occurred.

What is cienaCesPmAdjustmentTcaLastOverflowTcaTime?

This is the timestamp of the last time the sample-interval overflow counter reached its configured trip point and triggered auto-adjustment. Unlike the interval-end watermark trigger, this one fires from repeated over-threshold samples accumulating one by one, so seeing this timestamp update tells the admin the circuit has been persistently running hot across multiple sample intervals, not just hit by a single spike. For example, it might read '2026-07-30,09:15:00.0' if the overflow count hit its limit that morning, or return an empty string if it has never happened for this instance.
