Description: The threshold value that was used in the last Adjustment TCA which occurred on behalf of the PM instance due to end of Sample Interval incrementing the current overflow count to reach the configured overflow count associated with the interval profile associated with the PM instance. For such Adjustment TCA, this refers to the value of the configured overflow threshold as specified in the interval profile associated with the PM instance when the Adjustment TCA occurred.
What is cienaCesPmAdjustmentTcaLastOverflowTcaThresholdValue?
This is the actual numeric trip point that was configured when the last overflow-triggered recalibration occurred. Comparing it against the interval profile's current overflow threshold shows the admin whether someone has since tightened or loosened alerting sensitivity on this PM instance. For example, a preserved value of 90 (with the threshold type as percent) means the port had to sustain readings above 90% of basis to overflow at that time.
