Description: The overflow count that was used in the last Adjustment TCA which occurred on behalf of the PM instance due to end of Sample Interval incrementing the current overflow count to reach the configured overflow count associated with the interval profile associated with the PM instance. Since such Adjustment TCA happened when the current count reaches the configured overflow count, this object will effectively report the configured overflow count that was in use at the time the Adjustment TCA.
What is cienaCesPmAdjustmentTcaLastOverflowTcaCount?
Because an overflow-triggered Adjustment TCA only fires once the running overflow tally reaches the configured trip count, this value effectively records that trip count at the moment it was hit. It tells the admin how many consecutive over-threshold sample intervals it actually took to trigger the recalibration. For example, a value of 5 would mean the circuit had to post five consecutive over-threshold samples before this Adjustment TCA fired.
