Description: The threshold boundary value which was reached or exceeded, causing the last Adjustment TCA which occurred on behalf of the PM instance due to end of Sample Interval incrementing the current overflow count to reach the configured overflow count associated with the interval profile associated with the PM instance. For such Adjustment TCA, this refers to the value of cienaCesPmAdjustmentTcaOverflowBoundaryValue at the time of the Adjustment TCA.

What is cienaCesPmAdjustmentTcaLastOverflowTcaBoundaryValue?

This is the actual computed line the sample crossed, derived from combining the basis and threshold at the moment of the last overflow event. It gives the admin a single number they can directly compare live PM readings against to gauge how close the circuit currently is to re-triggering. For example, a boundary of 900000000 on a Gigabit port means any sample above 900 Mbps would count toward the overflow tally.
