Description: The adjustment basis value that was in place when the last Adjustment TCA occurred on behalf of the PM instance due to end of Sample Interval incrementing the current overflow count to reach the configured overflow count associated with the interval profile associated with the PM instance. This refers to the value of cienaCesPmAdjustmentTcaBasisValue when such Adjustment TCA occurred.
What is cienaCesPmAdjustmentTcaLastOverflowTcaBasisValue?
This is the reference number the overflow threshold was measured against at the moment the overflow event occurred. Together with the threshold, it lets the admin reconstruct the actual math (basis plus threshold equals boundary) that decided the circuit had overflowed. For example, a basis of 1000000000 on a Gigabit port combined with a configured threshold produces the actual boundary the sample had to cross.
