Description: The statistic(s) which were used by the Adjustment TCA feature to establish the watermark value identified by the cienaCesPmAdjustmentTcaLastIntvlEndTcaWatermarkValue object. Since this object applies to the last Adjustment TCA which occurred on behalf of the PM instance due to end of Adjustment Interval high watermark value being outside of the upper and lower boundary region, this object represents the value of cienaCesPmAdjustmentTcaHighWatermarkStats at the time of such Adjustment TCA.

What is cienaCesPmAdjustmentTcaLastIntvlEndTcaWatermarkStats?

This bitmap identifies exactly which statistic(s) fed the watermark that triggered the last interval-end recalibration. Because it's a bitmap, an admin can see precisely which of the several statistics tracked for the PM instance (say, peak utilization versus an error count) actually drove the threshold change, rather than guessing from the aggregate. For example, a returned value with only bit 0x02 set might indicate the 'max' statistic alone fed the watermark, meaning the recalibration was driven purely by the interval's peak reading.
