Type: Unsigned32

Access: read-only

Description: The threshold value that was used in the last Adjustment TCA which occurred on behalf of the PM instance due to end of Adjustment Interval high watermark value being outside of the upper and lower boundary region. For such Adjustment TCA, this refers to the value of the configured adjustment threshold as specified in the interval profile associated with the PM instance when the Adjustment TCA occurred.

What is cienaCesPmAdjustmentTcaLastIntvlEndTcaThresholdValue?

This Unsigned32 is a frozen snapshot of whichever adjustment threshold (fixed or percentage, per the sibling ThresholdType object) was actually configured in the interval profile at the exact moment the last end-of-interval Adjustment TCA occurred, per its DESCRIPTION. Because the live AdjustmentThreshold or AdjustmentThresholdPercentage on the profile can be retuned after the fact (for example, loosened because the old value was too sensitive), this snapshot is what tells you the threshold actually in force when that historical TCA fired, which may well be tighter or looser than whatever the profile is configured with today. For example, an operator investigating a TCA from three months ago finds this snapshot reads 5 percent, even though the live AdjustmentThresholdPercentage on the profile has since been loosened to 20 percent -- explaining why a similar reading today would no longer trigger a TCA at all.
