Type: Unsigned32

Access: read-only

Description: Total number of Adjustment TCA events that have occurred for the PM instance.

What is cienaCesPmAdjustmentTcaEventsTotal?

This Unsigned32 is a simple lifetime count of every Adjustment TCA event -- end-of-interval boundary crossings, overflow-count-reached events, and underflow-count-reached events combined -- that has ever fired for this PM instance, per its DESCRIPTION. Because this rolls together all three distinct triggering mechanisms into one number, it is the field to check first when you just want to know whether a port has a history of threshold problems at all, before drilling into the more specific EventsIntervalEndUpperBoundary/LowerBoundary/OverflowCountReached/UnderflowCountReached counters to see which mechanism has actually been firing. For example, a port showing 42 total events here, almost all of them attributable to EventsOverflowCountReached rather than the boundary or underflow counters, tells you this circuit's problem has consistently been traffic spikes, not drift or dropouts.
