Description: The total number of access hit bytes for the All Time bin.

What is cienaCesPmAccessTotalStatsBinAccessHitBytes?

This counter reports the total number of bytes of ingress traffic on this element that matched the configured access/classification rule being measured here. Because this figure is a life-to-date total which by design defines no clear-time field and so never resets, a flat value over the element's uncleared operational lifetime despite the rule still being configured is itself informative -- it means the rule has never actually matched a single byte across the counter's whole uncleared lifetime, not just that it's currently quiet. For example, this total staying at zero even though its clearable Stats-bin counterpart has been reset several times over the rule's life confirms the rule has never matched a single byte in its entire history, not just since the last clear.
