Description: The total number of access hit bytes for the All Time bin.

What is cienaCesPmAccessStatsBinAccessHitBytes?

This counter reports the total number of bytes of ingress traffic on this element that matched the configured access/classification rule being measured here. Because this figure is a life-to-date total which an operator can zero with a manual clear, unlike its uncleared TotalStats-bin counterpart, a flat value over the period since the last manual clear despite the rule still being configured is itself informative -- it means the rule has never actually matched a single byte since the last manual clear, not just that it's currently quiet. For example, if this clearable life-to-date total is zero right after an operator resets it but the TotalStats equivalent alongside it is not, that confirms the rule genuinely stopped matching traffic only recently, not that it never worked.
