What is cienaCesPmAccessCurrBinAccessHitBytes?

This counter reports the total number of bytes of ingress traffic on this element that matched the configured access/classification rule being measured here. A rising count over the still-accumulating current interval confirms the access rule is actually being exercised by real traffic rather than sitting unused in the configuration, and it lets you size how much of this port's traffic volume actually falls into that specific classified bucket versus everything else passing through. For example, if a rule meant to match a particular customer's tagged VLAN accumulates only a few hundred bytes over the still-accumulating current interval while the port overall carries megabytes in that same window, that mismatch suggests the classification criteria (VLAN ID, priority bits, or address range) may not be matching the traffic you expect.
