What is cienaCesRstpPortSelfLoopTrapState?

This CienaGlobalState object suppresses or enables the cienaCesRstpSelfLoopNotification trap, described as firing when RSTP detects a self-loop on a port. A self-loop means a port is receiving its own BPDUs back, almost always because a cable was accidentally patched from one port on the switch to another port on the same switch, or a media converter is looping the signal. A data-center tech would rely on this trap to immediately flag a cabling mistake made during a patch-panel change, rather than let it silently create a forwarding loop.
