What is cienaCesIOMBuzzerStateChangeTrapState?

Per its description, this CienaGlobalState object controls the cienaCesChassisIOMBuzzerStateChangeNotification trap, sent when the buzzer's actual sounding state changes, as opposed to its enable setting. This trap is the remote equivalent of hearing the chassis alarm physically start or stop beeping, letting a NOC confirm that a triggering alarm condition is currently active on-site even without anyone there to hear it. An operator at a remote unattended hut would use this trap to know precisely when the audible alarm started, correlating it with whatever alarm condition, such as a fan failure, triggered it.
