What is cienaCesDataplaneUcastTrapState?
This CienaGlobalState object suppresses or enables the paired 'threshold exceed' and 'threshold normal' traps for unicast traffic load on the dataplane, per its description. These traps fire when unicast forwarding rate crosses a configured high-water mark and again when it falls back under it, giving a two-sided view of a congestion event rather than a single alarm. A capacity-planning team monitoring a heavily subscribed uplink would enable this trap to be alerted the moment unicast traffic pushes the ASIC toward its forwarding limit, and again when the surge subsides.
