Description: The peer's advertised keepalive hold time for this session in seconds. Note that the value of this field reflects the peer's configuration at the time of session initialization; this may differ from the configuration that would apply to a new session, if the peer's configuration has changed since this session was initialized.

What is cienaCesLdpSessionPeerHoldTime?

This is the keepalive hold time the remote peer advertised for this session at the time it was established, reflecting the peer's configuration rather than this device's own settings, and like its local counterpart can go stale relative to the peer's current configuration. An admin diagnosing an asymmetric keepalive timeout between two LDP peers would compare this value against cienaCesLdpSessionConfiguredHoldTime to see exactly what each side agreed to at session setup. A large mismatch, say the peer advertising 10 seconds against a local 45, would explain a session that's more sensitive to transient peer-side delays than expected.
