Description: The keepalive hold time that is currently in use for this session, in seconds.

What is cienaCesLdpSessionHoldTimeInUse?

This is the actual keepalive hold time governing this specific LDP session right now, typically the lower, more conservative, of the two values each side advertised during negotiation. An admin troubleshooting an unexpectedly fast session teardown should check this value directly rather than either the locally-configured or peer-advertised objects individually, since it's the one that actually determines when the session will be declared dead. A value of 10 seconds here, even though the local config calls for 45, would mean the shorter peer-advertised time won out during negotiation and is what's actually enforced.
