What is cienaCesAclEntryNotifInetAddrType?

This field specifies the address family (IPv4 or IPv6) of the address carried in the paired cienaCesAclEntryNotifInetAddr and prefix-length objects, which are specifically the versions of this data that appear inside SNMP trap notifications rather than in the base configuration table. An admin's trap-receiving/SIEM tooling needs this field to correctly parse the accompanying notification address value, exactly as the address-type field is needed for the base configuration entry, but scoped specifically to the notification path. For example, a trap fired when a new ACL entry is created would carry this address-type value so the receiving management system knows whether to interpret the accompanying address varbind as IPv4 or IPv6 before displaying or logging it.
