What is cienaCesAclEntryNotifInetAddr?
This is the notification-context copy of the source IP network address being authorized, appearing as a varbind inside an SNMP trap fired when this ACL entry is created or changed, letting a receiving management station learn the new authorization's address without a separate poll of the base configuration table. An admin's trap-based monitoring or audit-logging tooling relies on this field to record exactly which address was authorized at the moment the change happened, giving an accurate change-history trail even if the entry is later modified or removed from the live table. For example, a SIEM ingesting this trap could log the new authorized source address at the exact timestamp the change occurred, building an audit trail independent of whatever the live ACL table shows later.
