What is tsiPhasePinDC?

This reports the summed DC battery input power, in watts, across every module assigned to this phase via tsiModulePhaseNumber, aggregating the per-module tsiModulePinDC readings up to the phase level. It matters for judging how much of a given phase's demand is currently being carried by battery rather than AC mains during an outage or brownout, letting an admin see at a glance which phase is under the most battery stress without manually summing individual module readings. An admin managing a multi-phase outage would compare this value across all configured phases to see whether battery draw is evenly distributed or concentrated on one particular phase needing closer attention.
