What is tsiPhasePinACVA?

This is the VA-based version of tsiPhasePinACW, summing the apparent AC input power across every module on this phase rather than just real watts, which matters when the phase's connected loads collectively have a non-unity power factor that the watts figure alone wouldn't reveal. It gives the figure that actually determines how close this phase's AC feeder is to its true ampacity limit, since apparent power, not real power, is what drives conductor heating and breaker tripping. An electrician sizing or auditing a phase's feeder capacity would use this VA total rather than the watts total to check against the feeder's rated ampacity.
