What is tsiPhaseCurrentPowerInVA?

This is the VA-based counterpart to tsiPhaseCurrentPowerInW, summing apparent output power delivered by this phase's modules rather than real power, again the more conservative figure when connected loads have a non-unity power factor. It is the value to compare against tsiPhaseInstalledPowerInVA when judging true absolute headroom on this phase in cases where load power factor can't be assumed to be 1.0. An admin adding a load with a known poor power factor to this phase would size the addition against this VA figure rather than the watts figure to avoid underestimating the true burden it adds.
