What is tsiPhaseAvailablePowerInW?

This reports, in absolute watts, the theoretical maximum this phase could deliver if every currently-valid module including redundant spares were fully loaded, giving the absolute-watts equivalent of tsiPhaseAvailablePowerRatioW's percentage figure and the more optimistic counterpart to tsiPhaseInstalledPowerInW. This should never actually be relied upon for planning normal operation, since it assumes sacrificing redundancy entirely; it's more useful as a sanity check that the phase's total valid module count and nominal ratings are being summed correctly. An admin auditing this power system's configuration would cross-check this value against a manual sum of all that phase's modules' nominal ratings to confirm the system's module inventory for that phase is accurate.
