What is c8B10BCurrentIdleSets?
This read-only counter reports the lower 32 bits of the count of 8B10B idle code sets seen on the interface during the current interval; the upper 32 bits, needed if the count exceeds 4,294,967,295, are held in c8B10BCurrentISOverflow.
