What is fileSystem?

This identifies which specific file system, by path or volume name, the accompanying disk-full percentage, fullPercent, applies to. On a device that may have multiple file systems, for instance one for CDR storage and another for the operating system, this field tells an admin exactly which volume is filling up so they know whether it's the call-record log partition specifically at risk. For example, a value of '/var/cdr' paired with a high fullPercent would specifically flag the call-record storage partition as the one nearing capacity, not the OS partition.
