What is cdrClient?

This carries the name of a new client, delivered as part of a notification, that is, a trap, rather than something retrievable via a get request. Because this object is accessible-for-notify only, it exists purely to be embedded in a CDR-related trap payload, for example announcing which billing or logging client has just connected to receive call detail records, rather than something an admin polls directly. For example, a trap firing with this set to 'BillingServer02' would tell the receiving system which downstream client just registered to receive CDRs.
