What is gponSipRightFlagProfileRowStatus?
This is the RowStatus for SIP feature-rights profile rows, the profile that controls which calling features are enabled for bound POTS lines. Admins createAndGo a new rights profile row before enabling specific calling features on it. For example, createAndGo(4) provisions a new rights profile row before individual features like call waiting or conferencing are enabled on it.
