What is gponOnuWanConfigGateWay?
This is the default gateway address for the static WAN configuration, the next hop the ONU sends all non-local traffic to for this connection. If this points at the wrong router, or a router that's since been decommissioned, the static WAN connection will show as configured but pass no actual traffic. For example, a gateway address left over from a prior ISP network redesign would leave the connection technically 'up' at layer 2 while all traffic silently fails to route.
