What is gponOnuWanConfigDhcpDnsMode?
This chooses whether this WAN connection uses DNS servers learned automatically via DHCP/PPPoE, or the manually-entered primary/secondary DNS addresses configured elsewhere on the same connection. An ISP that wants every subscriber pointed at its own resolvers regardless of what DHCP happens to hand out would set this to manual(0) and populate the DNS fields explicitly. For example, switching this to manual(0) after setting specific DNS addresses is what actually forces the subscriber onto the ISP's chosen resolvers instead of whatever DHCP offers.
