What is gponOnuStandbySoftwareVersion?
This reports the firmware version sitting in the ONU's standby/backup image bank, the fallback the unit would boot from if its main image failed. An admin checks this before triggering a remote firmware upgrade to make sure the fallback slot holds a known-good older release rather than another broken build. For example, confirming the standby bank still shows the last stable release before pushing a risky new firmware to the main bank gives a safe rollback path if the upgrade goes wrong.
