What is gponOnuPolicyAuthTimeMode?
This controls whether this policy stays permanently active or is a one-shot rule that fires once for currently-discovered units and doesn't keep re-matching after that. An admin uses onceNoAging(1) for a bulk-provisioning event that shouldn't remain open-ended once the batch of units is done installing. For example, always(0) would be used for a standing, ongoing auto-accept policy on a network with continuous new installs, versus onceNoAging(1) for a single scheduled rollout.
