What is gponOnuIpCfgRowStatus?
This is the row-status control for entries in this ONU IP configuration table, letting the admin create or remove an IP configuration instance -- most likely the ONU's own management/in-band IP, separate from any of the customer-facing WAN connections configured elsewhere. For example, setting createAndGo(4) provisions a new management-IP entry for a unit that needs to be reachable directly for out-of-band diagnostics.
