What is gponOnuEthPortOperationalState?
This administratively enables or shuts down this specific Ethernet port, letting an admin remotely block a single LAN jack on a subscriber's ONU without touching any of the unit's other ports. For example, an admin could disable just port 2 to cut off an unauthorized device plugged into that jack while leaving the customer's other three ports, and their internet service overall, fully working.
