This is the line (bandwidth/T-CONT) profile ID that will be assigned to the ONU as it's formally confirmed and accepted through this operation, letting the admin set the subscriber's bandwidth tier at the exact moment they approve the unit onto the network. This saves a separate provisioning step after acceptance. For example, confirming a unit with this set to a '500M' profile immediately gives that subscriber their contracted bandwidth without a second configuration pass.
