What is gponOltPortAutoFindSwitch?
This read-write GponSwitch enables or disables automatic discovery of new, not-yet-authenticated ONUs appearing on this specific PON port. Admins disable it on ports where every activation must go through a manual, audited process. For example, disabling gponOltPortAutoFindSwitch on a port serving a secure facility prevents any newly connected ONU from even being detected/listed, forcing all activations through a deliberate manual process.
