This read-create integer (1-3) selects which of the profile's up to three T-CONTs this GEM port's upstream traffic is bound to for bandwidth scheduling. Admins set it to route each GEM port's upstream demand through the correct T-CONT's DBA treatment. For example, setting gponLineProfileGemTcontId to 1 ties this GEM port's upstream traffic to T-CONT 1's bandwidth allocation rather than T-CONT 2 or 3's.
