What is gponLineProfileGemDownCar?
This read-create integer (1-256) selects the downstream CAR/rate-limit index for this GEM port, capping the downstream throughput delivered to it. Admins use it to differentiate downstream rate limits between GEM ports serving different traffic on the same ONU. For example, applying a lower gponLineProfileGemDownCar index to a guest-network GEM port limits it below the primary household GEM port's downstream rate.
