This is the scheduled clock time (HH:MM) on Sunday at which load bank 1, previously shed earlier that day by disconnect1LoadShedSundayOff, is scheduled to reconnect, per the description. Pairing this reconnect time with disconnect1LoadShedSundayOff defines bank 1's full shed window for Sunday; since bank 1 is usually the least critical tier, its window is often the longest of the three banks.
