What is highVoltageAlarm?

This is the DC bus voltage ceiling that, once crossed, trips the plant's high-voltage alarm, per the description. A high-voltage condition on a battery-backed telecom power plant usually means a rectifier's voltage-regulation loop has failed and is overcharging the batteries, so this threshold is what separates 'still within float tolerance' from 'rectifier runaway, batteries at risk of overcharge damage.' A setting of 565 (56.5 volts) on a -48V-nominal plant would alarm well before the bus reaches levels that start stressing standard VRLA battery cells.

Examples

Walk all instances (SNMPv2c):

snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.18642.1.1.1.3
snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> CCPOWER-MIB::highVoltageAlarm

Get a specific instance (index 1):

snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.18642.1.1.1.3.1
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> CCPOWER-MIB::highVoltageAlarm.1

Set instance 1 (SNMPv2c):

snmpset -v2c -c private <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.18642.1.1.1.3.1 i <value>
