What is batteryResistanceTestInterval?
This sets how many weeks elapse between the plant's automated battery internal-resistance tests, per the description. Because each such test briefly stresses the battery to measure its resistance, this interval is the admin's tradeoff between catching a degrading battery early with a short interval and minimizing the extra test-induced wear from testing too often with a long one. A value of 04 means a resistance test runs every 4 weeks.
