What is pportPeakCellRate2?
This sets the peak cell rate for rate queue 2 on this port, the third of the four high-priority queues. Having a third independently-capped high-priority queue on this port lets the admin isolate yet another premium traffic class from the others so one bursty high-priority flow cannot starve its peers of bandwidth. If a customer's premium CBR circuit is mapped to queue 2, raising pportPeakCellRate2 is how you would grant that circuit more burst headroom on this port without touching queues 0, 1, or 3.
