This is a read-only bitmask reporting which DS0 channels on this port have come out of loopback since the last time this object was polled. Paired with pportDS0LoopUpStatus, this gives a complete picture of DS0-level loopback transitions on this port between polls, useful for confirming a test loop was actually cleared rather than assuming it based on the original command. If a technician looped DS0 channel 10 for testing and this object later shows bit 10 set, that confirms channel 10 on this port has been correctly restored to normal service.
