What is pportCbrCurrentClockMode?
This reports which clocking method, synchronous, SRTS, or adaptive, is currently actually in use by this port's CBR card, as opposed to the target mode requested via pportCbrTargetClockMode. A mismatch between this and pportCbrTargetClockMode on this specific port would mean the card could not achieve the requested clocking method, for example falling back to adaptive because no synchronous reference was actually available, which directly affects the timing quality delivered to CBR traffic on this port. If pportCbrTargetClockMode is set to 1 (synchronous) but pportCbrCurrentClockMode reports 3 (adaptive), this port's card has fallen back because no valid external clock reference was detected.
