What is pportAtmLastUnconfiguredVci?
This holds the VCI (virtual channel identifier) value read from the most recent ATM cell this port received that did not match any configured VPI/VCI. Used together with pportAtmLastUnconfiguredVpi, this pinpoints the exact VPI/VCI pair a far-end device is still sending cells for on this specific port, which is usually the fastest way to identify a stale or misconfigured PVC without digging through provisioning records. A pportAtmLastUnconfiguredVci of 35 alongside a VPI of 5 tells you the far end is sending cells for VPI/VCI 5/35, a circuit this port no longer recognizes.
